What happens to your details when you send me an enquiry. In plain English. Last updated 13 October 2026.

Who I am

This site is run by Graham Hurst. If you have a question about your details, message me on Instagram at @grahamhurst_ and I'll sort it.

What I collect

What I do with it

I use it to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to do the work. I never sell it and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it's kept

Your enquiry goes into my CRM, which runs on HighLevel. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. Both keep it secure on my behalf.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies if you press Accept on the cookie banner. They're from Google Analytics, and they tell me things like how many people visit, which pages they look at, and whether they came from Google, Instagram or somewhere else. Google keeps that data on my behalf. I don't use it for ads.

If you press No thanks, no analytics cookies are set. Either way, one small cookie remembers your choice for six months so the banner doesn't keep asking. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, I keep what I need for as long as the work and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just ask. If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
